The Cottles Accommodation

The Cottles provides en-suite double / twin rooms, and also self - catering apartments.

All rooms have tea / coffee making facilities, Colour TV with DVD player, and hair dryers.
We offer a superb, cooked, full English breakfast, (vegetarian option ) using only the finest, fresh, local produce where possible.

For our guests that are going out walking, we can provide packed lunches, by prior arrangement.

The Old Forge

From £70-00 - £80-00 for the room per night.

The Ryder.
Double / Twin En-Suite Room
From £60-00 - £75-00 for the room per night.
( two people inc. breakfast ).

The Kellow & The Longcoombe
Double en-suite rooms
From £60-00 - £70-00 for the room per night
( two people inc. breakfast ).

Single person occupancy £45.00 per night.

Children sharing a room, sleeping on a guest bed, £15.00 each per night.

Please note, there will be a £10-00 surcharge per room for 1 night bookings.

Self - Catering Apartment.
The Retreat.
Fully equipped,
Double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge ( with futon ).
£60.00 per night ( minimum stay 3 nights ).
£420-00 per week.
( July, August, & September full week bookings only )
Prices charged are based on 2 persons. 
Bed linen & towels are provided.
Electricity is payable by £1 coin meter.

Parking for the self catering apartment may be in the main Polperro car park, approx. 200 meters away, ( parking permit provided by The Cottles-Polperro ).

Bed & Breakfast

A non refundable deposit of £40.00 per room is required to secure reservation.

Self - Catering

A non refundable deposit of 25% of total cost is required to secure reservation.

Deposits - Payable by credit card over the telephone 01503 272578.

Balance - Payable on arrival, by cash, or credit card.

Check in time. Between 3pm and 6pm.

Departure time. By 10-30 am.

The Cottles are, however, flexible on times. If you wish to arrive earlier or later than the stated times , please be sure to inform Tracey or Wayne at time of booking.

Terms and Conditions

A none refundable deposit of £40.00 must be paid for each room at time of booking, except for the self-catering apartment, where a none refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required.

When a booking is made, the contract is automatically deemed to be with The Cottles-Polperro.

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be retained to cover administration charges.

In the event of early departure or a reservation being cancelled, the following charges become payable by the guest -
29 - 42 days 30%
15 - 28 days 45%
3 - 14 days 60%
2 days (48 hours) - 100%.

Balance of booking is due on arrival.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. All breakages and damage must be reported. If you are not satisfied and wish to bring any matter to our attention, please do so right away in order that shortages or faults can be rectified in the quickest possible way. All breakages and damage must be paid for.

On the day of arrival your room/self-catering apartment will be available from 3pm - 6pm for booking in. If you wish to arrive outside of these hours, please speak with Wayne or Tracey to arrange.
